Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Whilst you are right that I didn't sign up to the false hope of Gowling, when I say "we" I'm referring to all shareholders who have been led on (principally by management) with false hope that kept the project running (when GRZ wisely took the ICSID route), promised capital raising (and instead delivered CCAA), promised to protect us (and instead sold out to Tenor), etc.
Of course this forum has had and still has it's fair share of false hope peddlers. I don't think that is helpful. Perhaps someone could show how we get $1 or more / share? I've seen people post this many times but never seen any rationale.
