There is no need to sign up with the AD-Hoc committee at this point in time. They have 400 shareholders on board and over 30% of the shares. They are working for all shareholders already not just the ones who have signed up. They continue to be alligned with Adelso and his efforts with not only Judge Silverstein but Judge Stark as well.

As the goal posts continue to move, we are now looking into November for the sale hearing. I know it is hard to wait since it is driving me crazy as well.
