I believe there are 7 shareholders from the US and Canada on the AD-HOC committee. Gowlings was hired when they were going to court in Canada. Once Gowling failed in Canada they backed away. They were never used in the US courts where we find ourselves now. The share totals listed still on this site have 365 O/S, 417.5 FD.
