I think you're reading it correctly, caveman. Since Duran had their 2008 AGM in October, they must have another before the end of 2009, which is 14 months from the previous one [182(1)(b)] ......ref...."once in each calendar year"....
I might be wrong, but I think the normal timeframe for Durans AGM is at the end of June. So I wonder, is this years AGM just getting back on schedule after last years delay due to the merger between MMG/DRV?
