Bill has been employed as a professional geologist for over 30 years. Prior to starting Eastfield Resources, he held positions with several mining companies such as Giant Mascot, Sumitomo and Imperial Metals. In 1987 Bill merged his geological consulting practice with Glen's, and together they formed Eastfield Resources.
Glen Garratt, B.Sc., P.Geo.
Position: Vice President & Secretary

Glen has been employed as a geologist in mineral exploration for over 35 years. His previous employers included several major companies such as Placer Dome, Amoco, and Norcen. In 1979 Glen formed an exploration and consulting firm that operated from offices in Reno, Nevada and Kamloops, BC. In 1987 he merged his consulting practice with Bill's, and together they formed Eastfield Resources.
Don Sharp, BA, CA
Position: CFO and Director

Don qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Vancouver. Don has 32 years of experience in mining and exploration company management, plus eight years of field exploration. Previous associations with resource companies have included Whitehorse Copper, Alberta Energy and Queenstake Resources.
Paul Way, P.Eng, MBA
Position: Business Development Manager

Paul is a Professional Engineer with 10 years experience. He finished his Engineering degree at Memorial University in 1994 and worked in the area of alternative energy development for several years. He finished an MBA at UBC in 2006 and subsequently joined Eastfield. His responsibilities with Eastfield include business strategy, marketing, investor relations and corporate communications.
Ed Kimura, P. Geo.
Position: Independent Director

Ed has been a director since 1988 when Placer Dome became a shareholder in a private placement. He was Exploration Manager Western Canada of Placer Dome at the time. Ed spent 25 years as mine geologist and mine engineer for both underground and open pit mining operations. These include Eldorado Mining And Refining (now Cameco), Craigmont Mines and Endako Mines. From 1997 to present, Ed has been a consulting geologist working mainly on projects in Canada. His focus includes mine geology and mine engineering procedures, exploration of porphyry molybdenum and copper-gold deposits, epithermal precious metal and Archean gold deposits.
Ed serves as Chair of the Audit Committee for Eastfield, Wildrose and Cariboo Rose.
Al Scott, P. Geo., MBA
Position: Independent Director

Al has been involved with Eastfield from the beginning and performed IP studies on the Indata Property and staked claims on what is now the Pat property with Bill Morton. Both properties were rolled into Eastfield and Al agreed to serve as a Director. Al Graduated from UBC with a B.Sc in Geophysics in 1970 and obtained an MBA in 1982. He has been working as a Geophysicist in the field of mineral exploration since 1970. Al established Scott Geophysics Ltd. in 1987, specializing in Induced Polarization Surveys. His previous associations include positions as a geophysicist with Gulf Minerals, Cominco, and Anaconda.
Al serves on the audit committee for Eastfield, Wildrose, and Cariboo Rose.
