Toyota is already committed to building a battery plant in North Carolina. Maybe a licensing deal with Toyota??? Toyota built over 2.3 million cars in 2021..... a lessor amount of them were EV, of course, but still the licensing fees would add up fast! In a few years, the majority will be EV.
