As Electrovaya is filling new orders, Raj is out selling. He is making the rounds of the battery material conferences to see if he can round up a Cathode customer. PlugVolt Battery Seminar in Plymouth, MI (USA) on July 12-14th.
Electrovaya needs a Cathode customer to help them get a loan to build out a Cathode manufacturing process. Things are moving, people are moving. It looks and feels like an orchestra (in slow motion).

Raj is out selling, but Cathodes may not be all of what he is selling. Looks like he is trying to sign up new customers for the EV44 cell they are currently using. Maybe the whole battery module with BMS. If Electrovaya can manufacture the EV44 for considerably less than what they can have it made (Taiwan) then they can either lower the battery cost to the customer, increase the profit OR both.
With an OEM partner helping them build the process out, Electrovaya will need some other battery customers to bring in outside cash. I no longer think it is a matter of getting a loan. I now think the money is there via the OEM Partner!! So who is the OEM Partner? We have previously laid that one out here also....
So now we come to Halka. He left. Where did he go? We have already decided the OEM Partner put their person in his place? I know I am speculating here but Mr. Halka may be working with a team to form a new joint venture company to run the new battery plant?? It is getting interesting here, especially if you own a boat load of EFL shares. There will be many announcements to come....
