I looked up Voznesensky Pereulok 22, Moskva on Google Maps... it's a building that they label "Gubernatorskiy", right beside a bunch of government buildings. "Gubernator" means governor.

WTF?!? Does he maintain a post office box there?

I was reading recently about some other company who got bought up by a Russian oligarch - he moved their head office to Bogota (where their mine was), replaced their board with lackeys, and then was accused of destroying their share price so he could buy up as the investors fled for the exit - so to take the company private.

I know that Finsky is former head of geology at Norilsk, and he still works with Norilsk's Prokhorov... I'm just wondering if that bodes well or not. I don't trust any Russians.
