Big order at .485 was put in at 3:50 for 200,000 shares. The same thing happened a day before the CTO. Raymond james did alot of buying today too. Who knows. All I know is that this price is really low. Maybe they are all waiting for 2nd Q to be filled to see if were making money . Still holding.
