Well, couldn't be closer. Integra property abuts CMM property on the South. There are mine shafts running between the two properties.
My personal opinion based on observations of both stocks over time is that there will be little or no short term effect. Naturally, it's somewhat of a plus, but I doubt there will be a CMM surge because of this.
There are obvious long term possibilities such as take over action by either party or JV, since as of last Fall ICG has a deep-pocketed major shareholder (Shandong) and of course CMM has its Russian fairy godfather as well. The mill, I believe, is capable of handling ore from both properties. If indeed there is such worthwhile cpacity, there are opportunities for many types of deals.
All told, a favourable turn of events for CMM but no "get rich quick" ticket.
