here is a thought. if wtg does indeed want to take over cmm, say at 4 to 1 or 4.5 to 1 or 5 to 1 then it will be up to the investor to take the paper or to sell into the market on the run up. often they will run up a little more, on that there might be another suiter. so the point is and it seems to be pointing in that direction we wait and see if an offer does come and let the market react to the offer then it will be the time to decide to take the paper or the cash. agoracom is a very small place in the world of investing and the world will see this as a $ 4.50 stock taking over a .65 cent stock with lots of potential. the question is if there is a take over what will the premium be. i hope to see at least a run to .90 cents but i think cmm is worth more. just my opinion
