I thought Finsky owned around 35% of CMM. Didn't he reduce his holdings by 25M shares in February or transfer them out somewhere?

How many shares do we need to kill this deal? Seems like 73,000,000 isn't enough.

That's a good question. We need 34% to kill the majority vote or 160M shares. Already 1/2 way there with 77M shares (average increase of 2-3M shares per day??) I think there are some shares still on the sidelines waiting for the circular to come out.

Then as far as the majority of the minority there are some good calcuations over on stockigloo about how much each voting block helps.

But not everyone votes their shares. There was speculation how the non-votes count:

1) Count as NO?

2) Count as Yes?

3) Don't count at all?

If its #1 or #3, then way less than 160M votes would be required.
