Peggy's former Vice President of Investor Relations at CMM, Graham Eacott, appears to be all agog over the deal (judging from his call in to the CC). Agog may be too strong a word, but he certainly was sounding positive over the deal.

Peggy is not Graham but it is possible that, knowing what they do know about CMM as former insiders, that they could each see eye to eye over the merger.

So, yes, it would be interesting to know where Peggy Kent stands on this. But I'm not sure she is an automatic "No" voter.
