I to had problems getting my control number. iTrade sent me to Computershare and vice versa. Eventually Computershare gave it to me over the phone and that's after someone there said I couldn't vote to which I said I was a share holder and I want to vote. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Demand you get the control number and don't take no for an answer.
