The Committee (CSC) and the information from Stock igloo have no relationship and there is no communication between the two. We have no knowledge, nor are we privy to any press releases they may prepare. We reserve no opinion on their activities.

The Committee does wish to report that we have entered into an agreement with Joe Groia, a litigation attorney who is now working in concert with Wildeboer Dellelce who are our solicitors.

We wish to report that the law firms have agreed to represent the Concerned Minority Shareholders on a contingency basis.
