I am glad that I was wrong about the CSC being in a state of "dormancy". I was even more pleased that they retained Joe Groia (one of Canada's finest lawyers) for legal work down the road (presumably to fight the proposed merger in the courts) if & when the MIC will see the light of day. Personally, I think that the merger will be scuttled by the regulators (since there have been more than sufficient number & type of violations of securities rules). My question is: what happens then (i.e. no merger & Finskiy is still in control of CMM's BoD and management)? Is a Class Action Lawsuit our only recourse for justice?
