Cinema Show; I appreciate your comments. Yes, you are right, that the mandate of the CSC was always somewhat vague. I guess I wrogly assumed that it was to stop the merger (on the terms which were offered). That would not stop Finskiy to make a better offer later. By now, it is clear that there isn't going to be a better offer.
If & when a Class Action goes ahead, in my opinion, it should be against not just Finskiy, but members of the BoD of CMM (including Scola, a former member), and possibly also against other senior officers of CMM. Someone suggested to me that we should consider including Ms Kent, because she bears responsibility for bringing this calamity on. And she remained silent ever since the merger announcement. I wonder why?!
Oh, and I think that real losses can & will be demonstrated. So the lawsuit would be for real damages. Remember that the Class Action does not have to be joined by all shareholders. I already have well over a dozen prospective participants even though it has not been publicized widely.
