Assuming the Sept 13th date provided in the revised agreement is going to be met, when should we expect to receive the management information circular from CMM? I am sure that well over 20% of shareholdings are eager to review and respond accordingly to the data and information written in the document. There is no hiding once the MIC is released.

What happens if they don't release a MIC? Does this merger live in limbo forever or is there some drop dead date? That revised agreement was released by WTG, did CMM actually release it's version as well? Sorry I followed up on the CMM website.
