Major Assumption (pun intended)=WTG will be turned into mid tier producer. Under this assumption.

Speaking in current CMM shareprice terms.

I think downside is 20 cents...(PP amount; WTG bottom of 50cents)

Upside is 40 cents before combination (60 cents after - WTG brings nothing to the table...so I think the WTG shareprice could get to where CMM should have been $1.50)

I think selling now would be to sell at the bottom.
