Obviously Finskiy can make WTG trade whatever he wants to when he controls 96% plus. The market does not decide where WTG trades at this stage. The only thing that will determine the CMM shareprice is what Finskiy walks WTG down to (I believe). As of now we are at a 34 cents CMM shareprice with WTG at 0.85 cents - given the 0.4 ratio.
Post business combination - Finskiy will control 51%...probably 65% (at least) in Finskiy-friendly hands. There will be a little bit more 'free' market pricing...but still if Finskiy wants to keep it low...he can. It's entirely possible that after the business combination we will see 50 cent trading on the combined entity.
