But a multi-billionaire fracking opponent determined to fight with his anti-fracking propoganda to the bitter end, followed by (joy-of-joys) a new election - with this man's propoganda fresh in their minds - doesn't sound too encouraging for the go-ahead rulings we have been waiting on forever.
