a few phone calls and email and I've got an update to my update. smith and pat have had several conversation today and yesterday. so they are working things out. - - - - I get this sense of extreme urgency. like FNC management can hear the heavy footsteps of a predator in the dark behind them, yet the path before them is about to end. - - - - - as a long term investor, its an adjustmebt to see management working at a break neck pace after having become accustomed to Smith's wait and see attitude. - - - - - I'm not sure if this is due to Granger's influence, as the timing of his appointment and the upcoming chain of events are close in timing. or is it urgency from the Fermont situation and the strong possibility of FNC's vulnerability to a takeout. - - - - - I would request Pat give his contact at Mineralfields a call and see their hold-out intent. - - - - - -sg
