I agree sometimes the big boys and hedgies will simply wait until there is news that is a market mover than they will pile in buying up everything in sight i have seen it before many times question is what is the catalyst certainly the new pea in November would be one as it would put a much higher valuation on CHM and FNC but this would be just one of many catalysts many companies will be planning their budgets for next year soon let's hope we are in their budget plan!
