Hello Kerry (“cappysmart”),
So far as your “>20 companies that perform as poorly or worse than FNC,” I can’t
imagine many of them as undeserving of what’s been happening to them as what’s
been happening to us. After searching, high and low, I could only find one company
that’s fared as poorly as we have where the injustice has been as much.
STM, in far away Switzerland (traded in Paris, in more than one place in Italy, in
London, and on the NYSE), this morning, changed hands at less than $5 a share.
So far as having taken you to the woodshed regarding the “analysts with sharper
pencils than you and I,” sorry for the long lecture.
However, I have too much respect for you to have not put in the Escape Clause
(“Possibly, your words came out wrong? Possibly, you’ve inadvertently said what
you don’t really believe?”), which you’ve wisely taken (as I expected you would).
Anyway, for the edification of those who have well tolerated my habit of making
a long story long; for sure, I’ve laid out that Long Version (at the beginning of
this Message Thread).
For those, with less patience, who better appreciate the Short Version, my next
message will be that Short Version.
