the IPO is not the magic pill.
everytime FNC does a deal or makes a PR - stock goes down ---
You know Magpie is valued today at less than ZERO (according to TP calcualtaion)
The IPO will just be a question of having more locked in stock with a value - so what.
Smith isn't giving shareholders any of that stock via a spin out... hence no value.
company needs to a) get rid of smith b) bust up the "shareholdings" - spin out RGX -CHM - Magpie shares --- there is the return to shareholder.... having management sit on it gets you a holding company discount and a further discount because Smith is in charge.
Things have to change drastically in order for this sic puppy to rise in share price.
