Hello Mtl_gold,
This would be a way to simplify things, not complicate them.
We could put our less promising or less immediate or harder to work properties aside and,
instead, transfer a limited amount of attention to a new property that’s more established
and that has had more of the tough preliminary work already completed.
I did not mean to suggest that ATG would be anything more than a secondary project that
would favorably spotlight FNC for the moment. Our main projects would not be affected.
In keeping with the same logic of our recent strategic moves, to develop ATG, we could
assign the task and the benefit to another better situated company, in exchange for shares
of its stock.
Also, we’re becoming more and more an investment company, not so much a company
that finishes projects on its own. Strictly as an investment, ATG is a low cost way to add
very visible real value to our portfolio. If nothing else, the arithmetic makes sense.
