Hello Kerry (“Cappysmart”),

I know about the “licensing woes” (as you’ve put it). Being that I’m not an investor, I did
not completely investigate the issue. But I was curious enough to talk to IR at ATG about it.

From the 43-101 and from the company’s press releases and from the phone conversation
I had, apparently, the “environmental issues” are not all that serious. Naturally, before
signing on the dotted line, FNC would conduct more thorough due diligence than I have.
