Tele,

I had a good chuckle. So, after all, there are heavy brass (or should I say Titanium?) knuckles under those velvet gloves! But your idea is fine.

We need to be clear, concise but not afraid to be forward about what we are doing and what we want to achieve. Let's start with some name.

Name of Group: FNC Shareholder Revolt. This is more direct and to the point, sort of in-your-face kind of approach. It says it all. The message is there is real unrest in the streets, and the peasants are restless.

In order to get the ball rolling I would propose the following as a draft for comments. The contents of the letter does not have to be wordy or beating around the bush. Something that starts with "Dear Dr. X and BoD".

- Background: Long-suffering shareholders who have spent hard-earned money to invest in the company which has excellent holdings, but the value of the company has not been recognized by the market. We believe that this is due to the company's inability and/or unwillingness to promote the company to maximize shareholder value. It's time for a change, and we are as a group with a significant block of votes (would be nice to the % OS, but perhaps not crucial at this stage) would like to bring to your attention the following issues which have a significant impact on the company valuation and hence shareholder value .

- Lack of communication with shareholders and potential investors:... a few short lines only. Similarly for the rest, since we don't want to get bogged down with the deatils.

- Lack of overall strategy with specific objectives...

- Lack of promotion and marketing...

- one more point?

We would urge you (name, BoD?) to look at these issues and communicate with us on how you would propose to address them. We would like to stress that our objective is not to confront management, but provide support the company in its endeavour (and the fulfilment of its fudiciary duty?) to work on behalf of shareholders.

We are prepared to provide additional information and would be willing to discuss possible actions that would improve the current situation. Shareholder's comments and and as reflected by their posts on BBs have spoken plenty for their frustration. We see a need for action, and the time is now.

Yours,

Over to you Tele...Just my suggestion for a short and sweet message, but should be crystal clear to the readers (Dr. X and BoD), as the first salvo across the bow, but it could be more accurately aimed...midship?
