Let’s keep your “FNC Shareholder Revolt” in reserve
as our Second Salvo, should the first one fail.

It would be a revolt against me (which, behind the scenes, I would support).

The idea would not be to play “Good Cop – Bad Cop.”
It would be to play “Bad Cop – Horrific Cop.”
