No offense, but most of the points you just made are complete BS. For example, you said: "the addition of two new board seats appears to be a bribe for votes from the Champion team...who hold many shares. Their share price isn't doing much better either, and is part of the reason our share price has languished"

Champion getting two seats on our board was part of the deal that was negotiated months ago. Please take the time to do your DD before you spread this nonsense and accuse these people of "bribery".

You also claim that our poor share performance is simply due to bad market conditions, yet Fancamp has fared far worse than the junior sector in general.

You also said: "I see lots of value here with the current board and attribute our low share price to market conditions as well as perhaps some manipulation....perhaps in order to be opportunistic"

Where is this value you speak of? Can you point it out to me? Because I don't see it. You mean our $17 million market cap? Wow! You're right! That is terrific value, isn't it!

You also claim the new board will be expensive. Oh, and I suppose Peter's $175,000 salary is not expensive and is well-deserved?

You then claim the new board will issue themselves tons of options at these prices. This is a complete assumption and has no basis in reality as of right now.

Pretty much everything you said was simply nonsense or a complete assumption, not to mention false accusations of bribery. I appreciate you trying to look at the other side of the issue, but please try to keep things factual next time.
