So....what you are saying is that the stock went down yesterday because investor's found out about Peter's shady/illegal behaviour

But today....it's up cause there's a new slate of board members....which they also knew yesterday...and they still know today about what they found out yesterday about Peter being a criminal....that is what you are saying...is it....that Peter is a criminal....because a lawyer guy said something like that....a lawyer guy who wants to take control of his company....

So this has been proven....that he has been found guilty of shady/illegal behaviour

Now...you may think he is shady....you may feel he is doing something illegal....but, no....you make statements like they are fact...you're upset cause he doesn't return your calls???? So, now you go off making this out to be a witch hunt.

Another example.... for instance....because I haven't posted here in some time, you jump to the conclusion that I am a recent investor who doesn't know the story here...which I pointed out to you is dead wrong

The fact is....and this is a fact.....that based on very little if any evidence whatsoever, you jump to conclusions that are false and have no merit....that I know is a fact

My point all along isn't that I know Peter to be some upstanding honest ....do everything right kind of guy. My point is nothing has been proven.....that based on something a lawyer has said, you are all ready to throw out what we do know and take a big chance on something we don't know....something that has the potential to real bad...massive dilution...and others have pointed it out as well..do you not get it???

For a brief moment....and brief it was....you did come up with a couple questions regarding the new slate and possible stock options and salaries for the new board...not to mention severence pay for the one's we toss out. How dilutive do you think that will be.

Call the new slate and ask those questions....and see how far you get with that kind of questioning....then perhaps we could start talking BS
