Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
I reworked the list which was put together by "thenose" into % assuming OS of 109 M. The results in %OS are shown at the end of page.
A few comments/observations:
- If Pathway with 13.3% is included in the 18% for Marquest, as indicated by other posts (please correct if I misinterpret this), then the landscape for control of FNC would change dramatically with Marquest + Pathway at 18% and CHM not too far behind at 16.5%. If we, the retails, are willing to support CHM then how much could add to this? Or, Pinetree could play kingmaker along with us. Or, things would get simpler if the top groups, (regardless whether Marquest and Pathway are in one block or two separate blocks), including us, are on the same page and just get together...and do something.
- I am not saying that CHM is planning to take over FNC, but that could be a possibility. Presumably, they don't not need to wait until the next AGM to make this kind of move (a "friendly" TO could be initiated anytime?).
- Smith with the largest block of 2.4% within the BOD, and most directors were presumably appointed by himself or with his agreement (only Lafleur and Ankcorn were appointed recently in 2012...Lafleur was sent in by CHM?, who does Ankcorn represent?). In the current setting, it looks like the BOD is controlled by the Chairman/Founder/VP Exploration. Even though Lafleur is appointed as President and CEO whatever he would like to do would still require BOD approval. It would be interesting to see how this universe is unfolding itself.
Just my musings.
