One point I would add relates to the vote result in terms of shares not voted at the meeting:
Vote results:
A total of 61,649,973 shares or 56.2% of Fancamp’s 109,655,620 outstanding shares at the record date were voted at the Meeting.
I find that 43.8% of outstanding shares not voted to be astounding given that there certainly was a good chunk of shares that were accounted for as we know marquest, pinetree did vote and all the other major holders as well, including retail. So who's left that did not vote? I think the answer lies with Sheridan. i was told that Sheridan still holds a significant share of FNC. The nature of his holdings are comprised of multiple accounts and funds which i'm wondering is a way of avoiding the 10% disclosure rule.
If anyone else can speculate or provide insight on this, i'd greatly appreciate.
Thanks,
Eudai
