Of course, for every share bought, besides the buyer, there’s the seller.
I was the greedy guy who accounted for all of yesterday’s USA buy side.
Apparently, most of my buy was filled by actual shareholders, not market-makers.
It took eight Sell Orders, all of different sizes, to fill my one Buy Order.
Whoever’s chipping in to make purchases possible at this level (if you’re reading this):
I thank you (including the people who handled the transactions) for accommodating
me yesterday (and, as well, for filling my orders over the last few months).
Thrust me. I’m deserving of every dollar of your marvelous generosity.
But that doesn’t mean I’ve taken your gifting me all those shares for granted.
