Closing Price of Argex yesterday was $1.14!! If someone wanted 3 million shares on the open market they likely would of had to pay much more, given the projected SP of at least twice it's current SP.

So our esteemed management just sold our shares at 70% of their market value??? Please tell me there is a typo in the news release!
