If it is true that they are four insiders of FNC I wouldn't jump on them so fast...perhaps their strategy is to use their likely cool $1million in profits to buy back shares of FNC ...they could potentially reduce the oustanding share count of FNC by 20million! Brilliant strategy!! That would go a long way towards mitigating the nearly 20% loss of FNC MCAP since the NR. I admittedly may have underestimated their financial prowress and alignment with the goals of the common shareholder.
