" Fancamp will transfer its 100% interest in the Project in consideration for the issuance by Gimus of 43,000,000 common shares to Fancamp at a deemed price of $0.10 per share and the grant of a royalty corresponding to 1.5% of the net sales price of minerals extracted from the Project."

Gimus hasn't been $0.10 per share since July 2012.

"Fancamp will issue to Champion 4,000,000 common shares of Fancamp at a deemed price of $0.05 per share"

Sure wish we could get $0.10 per share.
