The way I read this Gimus deal is that there are two key parts to it:
1) We give up 30 percent of Lac Lamêlée to Gimus.
2) In return, according to our Chairman, Peter H. Smith, Gimus “will quickly embark on further drilling to define the highest quality mineral resources on the Project and plans to conduct a feasibility study in 2014.”
The way I understand such things (not being an expert on the subject), even a rough outline of the most tentative of proposed mineral development deals would call for Gimus (as the project developer) to spend a specified dollar amount within a specified time frame to satisfy the requirements of its end of the bargain.
So, to start, the questions are:
1) How quickly is “quickly” (from start to finish)?
2) How much money will be spent to benefit Fancamp so far as “further drilling to define the highest quality mineral resources on the Project” and so far as the “feasibility study in 2014.”
