The way that I see it....we are paying a company that has no inherent capital or significant assets of its own, 100% of one of our principal properties, and in return we will receive 70% of that property which we currently already own 100%....it's as if we are paying them a commision or finder's fee of 30% , for having found the property for themselves.

I would rather that we hire someone for a 12 month contract or indefinite period , to shop the property around for the best/a better deal.... Pay them a annual stipend of $50,000 and double or triple that amount (or a % of the transaction amouunt) upon a successful sale..
