At the same time someone explain why Smith owns a piece of Magpie directly....wasn't he an employee of FNC with a fiduciary duty to shareholders when they bought it...wasn't he incentivized (payroll and options) by FNC, and therefore by shareholders, to look for this property. Why did he get a piece off the top?
