FANCAMP DIRECTORS RESIGNATIONS

Dr. Mel De Quadros and Debra Chapman have resigned from Fancamp Exploration Ltd.'s board of directors. The company also wishes to thank both for their many contributions over the years and, in particular, is pleased to note that Ms. Chapman will continue as the company's chief financial officer, a position held with distinction for more than 30 years.
