Message: Re: ScoZinc Presentation (from webinar March 4th, 2021)-Environmental

Regarding permiting (slide 27) :

I understand that the majoritiy of the permits are in place:

slide 3: "High-level care & maintenance activities ongoing with equipment in place for fast startup"

slide 7: "• Permits in place for compliant for a start of operations

Environmental Approvals in place to start mining with 90 days notice"

BUT, under Permitting Status (slide 27):

there are two outstanding (and arguably extremely important ) permits that have yet to be granted including :

Wetlands Alteration Approval

...This is no small matter...these sort of issues can sink a project entirely , regardless of whatever permits are in place and regardless as to whether a mine has been operating in the past...

and the "climate" regarding environmental issues /activism worldwide is not the same now as it was just 10 years ago...with Social Media a handful of protestors (and a few strategic onscreen images of "ducks" could completely derail (or at least considerably delay ) a project!

What assurance does SCoZinc have that the two outstanding permits will be issued?

(I've been a holder of a junior gold explorere in the Yukon (ATAC resources) with a few oustanding gold  deposits (including Canada's first Carlin Trend style), one of which they were seeking a a 37 km tote road into an area which has minimal use. It was considered a slam dunk that it would proceed , due to the negligible effect it would have..extensive environmental studies were completed, but is was not granted- and that's in one of the consisitently-ranked most mining-friendly jurisdictions in the world)

Was this info provided during the Webinar?
