From the Q/A section by Mark Hayward:

"..The next question we have is the status of the permits...the Nova Scotia government has been very supportive of this...we have all of our permits in place for the first five(5) years...One of those permits is however undergoing a date extension renewal..and we are expecting that to be granted shortly...we don't belive that there are any conditions that are not achievable for our pre-feasibility as presented today and in our technical report..."
