The chart from the SZM January 2020 presentation (page 12)  regarding the status of these two In Progress permit applications is unchanged when compared to the same updated chart March 2021

1) Wetlands Alteration Approval

2) Registration of Secondary Effluent Discharge Location  SW-A1 (During dewatering effluent disharge volume will greatly increase , requiring the use of this site 

Is that due to the fact that the applications have yet to be submitted (during the last 14-month period) , or that they are still being considered by the Government Granting Authorities?

If they have yet to be submitted,  is that due to the fact that that mining activities (including dewatering) can be commenced in other areas, without the SW-A1 area permit being granted?
