Chappy, it seems that if you have a score of 3.7 you automatically become a hub leader on your active boards.

It's funny, over the past year or so my score has fluctuated between 3.6 and 3.7. One day I'm a hub leader the next day I'm not. It seems that some of the boards I belong to members don't want me as a hubleader. As soon as my score hits 3.7 within a day or 2 I get 2 o3 new votes that drop my score.
