Message: My thoughts on the AGM

I was also in attendance at the AGM and want to congratulate our posters on capturing the essence of the meeting. To me, it almost seemed like we were sitting around the table at a family dinner.

I also wanted to add one point to the discussion that will relate back to my posts earlier this week regarding the importance of deep drilling. WHEN Tilsley uses the 30 MT resource estimate he always qualifies this statement by saying that that is if you take all the rock/ore down to 1000 m. Our deepest historical hole on these deposits is 300 m. All of our current drill holes are ariund 150 m. I don`t think that 30 MT number will see the light of day until we drill deep. I am as pumped as the next guy here, but I agree with Observer44`s Christmas timelines and think the first NR will contain a number that is quite a bit smaller than the ones we are throwing around. Frank Candido stated that he is opting to use shallow drilling to prove a significant resource and to demonstrate that SGH is a good predictor of gold bearing quartz. Then with an updated (extended) SGH map he is hoping for more sp appreciation as the blue sky potential is recognized.

As far as assays and NRs, Frank said assays were due any day and Jim Tilsley said he is meeting with a consultant from the TSX (ex-geotype) today to determine what they can and cannot say in the next NR. So it seems we are not far off.

Best,

Scott
