Just wanted to echo the sentiment expressed by Observer. For those of us invested ( or still contemplating it) your posts have been both informative and insightful and all without coming off as a pumper. I don't have the luxury of seeing and hearing the "behind the scenes" stories and analysis so I am sure that I'm not the only one that appreciates your views and comments. It's people like yourself and Hoov ( there are more of course) that bring the positive attitude and perspective that this board needs to thrive.
