pos, the few "bought deals i've been involved with were strictly "necessary evil" deals made out of desperation. since we're currently not making any money (and wont be unless we start actually mining) i'm not sure how a "best efforts" deal would help us either, eventially we'd have to pay interest/payments on the loan which would mean dilution of some sort anyway.

i dont have have the experience you guys have with explorco financing but it seems to me that IF the assays are good then financing would be much easier and more beneficial via PP...imo, GNH is at a point where a little dilution is'nt really a big deal. most multi million oz. companies have 300-500mil shares out and still trade 10x higher than we do.

i.e. if we actually get 2gr/ton for 100MT then it's a no brainer imo.

issue 50mil shares at $2+/- a share and drill baby drill...

anyway, i'm glad things are back to normal on the board here. infighting among investors on the boards is never good for a small stock imo. congrats on the hub leader promo, i believe you'll be a good one.
