Twightlight - I have to agree with you. The actually NR on Assays needs to come out to bring this baby back into the big schema of things. The other thing to consider is that this NR would have been lost if it came out after assays - everyone would have been focussed on the assays. They also needed this NR to explain some of the step outs and what it actually means - but I guess there's only one way to make sense out of all of this.
