Wow, mgmt continues to find more and more ways to stick it to GNH shareholders. This move will just further dilute existing shareholders and further drive down the share price. I think we all have been had by GNH. I agree, it time for a change in management and Frank and team have lost the trust of shareholders and are now merely acting in their own self interest. A change in management will adversely impact the share price in the short term, but realistically we’re pretty much down to rock bottom. GNH needs a change in direction.
